“DIFF Asset”, Ltd. respects your privacy and protects your personal data that you provide to us and which we collect as set out in this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy explains why we collect and use your personal data.
Personal data of candidates
Candidates who sent their CVs directly to us via email or job posting portals are processing personal data (name, phone, email, CV, and cover letter, and other data provided by the candidate) so we can do the job candidates selection. We process these personal data on the basis of consent.
In the selection process, we manage only the personal data of the candidates that are related to qualification, professional skills and subject-matter. We do not collect or manage the personal data of candidates.
Deadline for data retention
We process and store all your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this policy.
After completing the selection for a specific position period, we delete the CVs and other data sent by the candidates, unless we have received the candidate’s consent to processing his / her personal data for longer so that we can offer a job position. In this case, we keep the personal data of the candidate for 1 year.
Data transfer
We may transfer your personal data to third parties who assist us in administering and storing our website. Such persons may include database software providers, database administration providers, cloud service providers, and so on. Your personal data may also be made available to government or law enforcement agencies, such as the police or supervisory authorities, but only on request and only when required by applicable law or to ensure our rights or the safety of our customers, employees and resources.
Data protection
We apply the security and handling requirements set forth in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union for data processing.
