On 12 September 2025, the shareholders of the closed-end investment company for informed investors UAB DIFF Capital, legal entity code 306270240 (hereafter referred to as the ‘Company’), adopted a decision to reduce the Company’s authorised capital by EUR 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand euros), from EUR 8,272,500 (eight million two hundred seventy-two thousand five hundred euros) to EUR 6,472,500 (six million four hundred seventy-two thousand five hundred euros), by cancelling 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand) shares of the company. The purpose of reducing the Company’s authorised capital is to distribute the Company’s funds to shareholders.

On 23 April 2025, the shareholders of the closed-end investment company for informed investors UAB DIFF Residential, legal entity code 140680733 (hereafter referred to as the ‘Company’), adopted a decision to reduce the Company’s authorised capital by EUR 1,396,640 (one million, three hundred and ninety-six thousand, six hundred and forty euros), from EUR 1,462,448 (one million, four hundred and sixty-two thousand, four hundred and forty-eight euros) to EUR 65,808 (sixty-five thousand, eight hundred and eight euros), by cancelling 87,290 (eighty-seven thousand, two hundred and ninety) shares of the company. The purpose of reducing the Company’s authorised capital is to distribute the Company’s funds to shareholders (the initial publication date of the announcement is 23 April 2025).
